Almond-Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in rhubarb and almonds. Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
