Liver Dumpling Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef liver
    1 lb. salted soda crackers, crushed
    1 onion, minced
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat milk with margarine. Pour over ingredients and mix together. Chill for about 1 hour. Form balls and drop into boiling beef broth; dumpling will rise to the top when done.
