Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, diced (not the shredded)
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 square margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Mix with sour cream, soups and cheese.
    Partially thaw potatoes.
    Mix sauce over potatoes.
    Spread 1/2 cup grated cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
