Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. rum
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour, baking powder, mace and nutmeg.
    Add to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk and rum.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until a straw comes out clean.
