Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 qt. diced rhubarb
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly; put half of mixture on bottom of 8-inch square pan.
    On top of that, put rhubarb.
    Boil the next 3 ingredients together.
    Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
