Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. crumbled cornbread
1 lb. sausage
2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. (lightly pressed down) fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp. sage
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Break up sausage; saute several minutes until gray.
Remove to large mixing bowl, leaving fat in pan.
In pan, saute onions 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
Add celery and saute 2 minutes.
Add sauteed vegetables to sausage along with cornbread, white bread and eggs.
Season, go heavy on sage.
Fold in melted butter.
