Salisbury Steak For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. regular ground beef
    4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    4 c. cold water
    4 Tbsp. seasoned salt or to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Roll in heavy foil; make a 4-inch roll.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice 1-inch thick. Brown and place in baking dish. Smother with onions and/or mushrooms and mushroom soup.
    (I mix half onion soup with mushroom soup.)
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
