Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs with fork until well blended.
Stir in oil and vanilla.
Blend in sugar.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt).
Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
