Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat (do not brown)
    1 1/2 c. potatoes (in chunks)
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    1 c. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake in covered pan 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Makes its own gravy.
