Fresh Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peaches
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation
    Slice peaches and soak in lemon juice.
    Mix dry ingredients into eggs.
    Beat with milk and lemon.
    Add melted butter and mix with fork until smooth, 1 minute.
    Butter 9-inch pan.
    Spread batter in pan.
    Arrange peaches on batter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake for 25 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
