"Reuben" Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked corned beef
    sliced Swiss cheese
    sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and drained well again
    rye bread
    Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Cook corned beef and cool.
    Slice with sharp knife with long way of the meat.
    Spread small amount of Thousand Island dressing on slice of rye bread.
    Top with thin slices of corned beef (about 2 1/2 ounces), Swiss cheese, then sauerkraut and bread.
    Grill until bubbly.
    Serve with horseradish, pickle sticks and potato chips.
