Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pinto beans, drained and mashed
    3 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    2 sticks margarine, melted and cooled
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 unbaked shallow pie crusts
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add margarine and sugar. Stir in beans. Add coconut, nuts and vanilla. Pour into the pie shells. Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until firm.
