Golden Nugget Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten
1/2 can crushed pineapple
1 large jar carrot baby food
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon.
Add egg yolks, one at a time.
Beat good after each addition.
Add oil, egg whites, pineapple, carrots and vanilla.
Mix well.
Mix in coconut with hand.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes in greased and floured pans. Makes 3 layers.
