Lemon Chicken Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 (5 oz.) chicken cutlets
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In small saucepan melt margarine.
    Add lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper and oil.
    Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 minute.
    Transfer to shallow glass bowl and let cool slightly. Add chicken and turn to coat.
    Marinate, cover and refrigerate overnight or 1 hour.
    Transfer chicken to shallow baking pan that is large enough to hold chicken in single layer.
    Broil for 4 minutes on each side.
    May be grilled out on grill.
