Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. uncooked oats
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

In bowl, combine all ingredients.
Turn into a 9-inch glass pie plate with a glass, open end up, in center of dish, packing lightly.
Cook 6 to 8 minutes, rotating dish halfway through cooking time.
Remove excess drippings.
Pour catsup over top, cover with waxed paper, and cook 6 to 8 minutes, rotating dish. Rest, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
