Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together with hands and save out 3/4 cup for icing.
Put last 3 ingredients with first 3 and mix well. Pour into greased pan and sprinkle with part saved out.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
