Fresh Peach Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. freshly grated orange peel
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. fresh peaches, sliced
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (not deep dish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix sugar, flour and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add butter and orange juice.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Add orange peel, pecans and peaches.
Place in pie shell. Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes or more. Serves 6 to 8.
