Potatoes George - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    large onion
    potatoes
Preparation
    Slowly add milk to flour, salt and mustard.
    Cook over low heat until smooth and thick.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Peel and cook potatoes to fill 1 1/2-quart casserole 3/4 full.
    Cook until nearly done about 15 minutes.
    Slice.
    Put a bit of sauce in bottom of greased casserole.
    Add a layer of potatoes and onions, then more sauce until all used.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes until bubbly.
