Pineapple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    8 oz. cream cheese, soften
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Preheat heat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool in pan. Combine next 3 ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well. Spread on cooled cake. Garnish with almonds. Yield 24 bars.
