Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can bean sprouts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and celery.
    Add 1 cup rice (cooked in salted water), soups and soy sauce; mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
    A good potluck dish.
