Black Bean Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1/4 c. chopped, well drained pimento-stuffed green olives
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1- 15 oz. can black beans or 1 can refried beans
    5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl until well blended.
    Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, olives, onion, salt and garlic powder.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Place beans in food processor or blender.
    Process until smooth.
    (Do this step only if using the black beans.)
    Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture over beans.
    Roll up tortillas tightly.
    Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate until chilled.
    Cut tortillas in 3/4 inch slices. Serve with salsa.
