Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
2 sticks butter
pinch of cream of tartar
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
-
Boil together the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Add the next 3 ingredients.
Pour mixture over popcorn in large pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Turn out onto waxed paper; work apart.
