Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; mix thoroughly.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix in sifted dry ingredients.
Slowly stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour in greased and floured 9-inch layer or oblong pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top with cream cheese frosting.
