White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter (2 c.)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 doz. eggs, separated
1/2 c. whiskey or wine
1 lb. walnuts, chopped
1 lb. flour (4 c.)
1 lb. candied cherries (green and red)
1 lb. candied pineapple, green and yellow
extra flour (to coat fruit)
Preparation

Have candied fruit chopped and coated with flour.
Save 1/2 cup fruit and 1/2 cup nuts to decorate tops of cakes.
