Korean Fried Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Won Ton Skins
    1-1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. cabbage and carrots*
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
Preparation
    *Can use 1/2 of a bag of shredded pre-packaged.
