Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. Granny Smith apples, diced
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 deep unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Beat together ingredients.
Stir in apples.
Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and bake for about 25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle topping over top and bake another 20 minutes.
