Ingredients

2 c. raw, grated potatoes
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. grated onion (optional)
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Frying pan or griddle should be heated to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray griddle with Pam and 2 tablespoons oil.
Spoon mixture on pan (large spoon) and fry until golden brown, turning once.
