Dropped Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. any preserves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix margarine, sugar and Bisquick or Jiffy mix.
    Stir until dough forms.
    Beat about 15 strokes.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased pan. Make a shallow well in center of each with the back of a spoon. Fill with preserves.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. While warm drizzle with glaze.
    Makes 12 Danish.
