Banana Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 c. pecans
2 c. walnuts
2 c. raisins
4 oz. pkg. candied pineapple
4 oz. pkg. candied cherries
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves (ground)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum flavoring
6 ripe bananas (big)
Preparation

You will need 4 bowls.
In the first bowl, cream the margarine, oil and sugar.
In second bowl, mash bananas and set aside.
In third bowl, combine chopped nuts, raisins, cut up pineapple and cherries.
In fourth bowl, sift flour, soda, salt and spices together.
Add 4 eggs to first bowl mixture.
Add bananas and vanilla and rum flavoring.
Add flour, soda, salt and spices.
Mix.
Stir in nut mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
