Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. corn
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk; mix well.
    Add corn, green pepper, onion, parsley and seasonings.
    Turn into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until firm.
    Serves 6.
