Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 c. walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Bake in sheet cake pan or layer cake pans.
    (Best if pans are sprayed with Baker's Joy.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; keep checking on cake.
