Cream Of Salmon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. canned chicken broth
    2 c. canned clam broth (Atlantic)
    1 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    4 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1/2 c. skinless salmon fillet, chopped
    chopped green onions as garnish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In medium pot, heat butter until foamy.
    Add flour and stir well with wooden spoon.
    Cook on low heat for 1 minute.
    Slowly add both broths, whisking until thickened.
    Add cream, tomato paste, tomatoes and basil.
    Cook on low heat 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add salmon, salt and pepper.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes (until salmon is cooked).
    Do not boil!
