Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stewing beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste (or sauce)
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer (cover) slowly until meat is tender enough to mash. Serve on buttered toast buns.
