Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can fruit (cherries, peaches, apples)
    1/4 c. sugar (if fruit isn't presweetened)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large baking dish.
    Combine flour, sugar and milk.
    Pour over margarine in dish.
    Heat fruit with 1/4 cup of sugar if it isn't presweetened.
    Pour over batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
