Quick Chinese Chicken(Stir-Fried Chicken A La Orange) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil or regular
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. raw chicken, cut in strips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow peas
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    2 oranges, sectioned (1 c.)
    1 bunch scallions (onions), quartered
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat.
    When hot, add soy sauce and garlic salt.
