Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef stew, browned in oil
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 onion, cut in bite size pieces
3 to 4 carrots, cut in bite size pieces
1/4 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large pot and add enough water to cover.
Cook slowly about 2 hours.
