Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Add or pour all ingredients over 2 1/2 pounds of stew meat. Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.
For barbecuing, alternate small onions, green pepper pieces and fresh mushrooms with stems on skewers.
