Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt
    and
    let\tcool
    the
    unsweetened chocolate.
    Sift together
    the
    flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. Beat eggs until thick.
    Gradually add sugar 1/4 cup at a time. Beat well.\tAdd chocolate and salad oil.
    Add dry ingredients, mixing at low speed.
    Fold in zucchini and chopped nuts.
    Bake in a
    10-inch\tgreased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes or bake in 4 small loaves for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
