Blend O' Cheese Mold(Makes Generous Quart Cheese Mold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. shredded green peppers, celery and pimentos
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in
    cold water.
    Dissolve over low heat. In blender, shred
    the
    Cheddar,
    Mozzarella
    and
    Blue cheese until coarse.
    Beat cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
    Combine the 2 mixtures and add remaining ingredients. Blend until
    smooth,
    scraping sides and bottom of bowl occasionally.
    Add softened
    gelatin and beat until thoroughly blended.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill 2 to 3 hours or overnight for best results.
    Unmold
    and
    serve
    with
    assorted crackers and crisp,
    colorful
    vegetable
    nibblers.
    (Top
    with
    grated Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese,
    1/4
    cup
    each, with a dash of crumbled Blue cheese, if desired.)
