Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix with mixer.
Place in a casserole dish.
