Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
4 medium to large baking potatoes
Preparation

Peel and halve potatoes.
Mix cheese, flour and salt together. Roll each half potato in butter and then in cheese-flour mixture. Place in shallow pan in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until browned.
Cover to prevent more drying.
