Cauliflower Bacon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce
1/2 head cauliflower
1 small purple onion, sliced in rings
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained, crumbled
1/2 c. green or black olives, sliced
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise and cheese together for dressing.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Toss dressing and vegetables lightly. Keeps well in refrigerator for several hours. Broccoli flowerets may be substituted for cauliflower or added.
Carrots and red cabbage may be added for color.
Add milk to dressing mixture for a thinner dressing.
Serves 4-6.
