Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 c. small-curd cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and salt.
    Add American cheese.
    Stir this into drained macaroni.
    Bake in a greased casserole for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
