Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients and raisins.
    Add this to the other ingredients which have been mixed well.
    Fold in apples last.
    Put in a well-greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at about 375\u00b0.
