Spinach And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 10 oz. pkg. spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    2 c. shredded white cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    Garlic salt to taste
    Light soy sauce to taste
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add lite soy and cook as much as you like.
    In an 8 inch square glass pan, layer spinach, 1/2 of the cheese, then the onions and mushrooms, and the rest of the cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
