Orange-Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium-size sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter or margarine

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes until tender; cool and peel.
Arrange in greased baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and orange juice.
Boil until thickened; add butter or margarine.
Pour glaze over sweet potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0
for 20 minutes.
