Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can Vienna sausage, cut in pieces (use broth)
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in 3 cups water and cook until just tender. Mix flour with the same amount of water as milk; add seasonings and mix with vegetables.
    Cook over medium heat (do not boil) until flour has been cooked.
    Sprinkle parsley (optional) and serve 6.
