Beef-Broccoli Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 oz. or 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    9 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
    1 beaten egg
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium skillet, brown meat; drain well. Stir in Mozzarella, onion, sour cream, pepper and broccoli. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
    Overlap long sides of 2 rectangles, 1/2-inch.
    Firmly press to seal.
    On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll into 13 x 7-inch rectangle.
    Spoon meat mixture in center of dough.
    Bring long edges to center of filling slightly overlapping.
    Pinch edges and ends to seal.
    Repeat with remaining rectangles.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes until deep golden brown.
