Graham Cracker Cake * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can grated coconut
1 c. black walnuts
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 medium can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine soft butter, sugar and eggs (one at a time); beat thoroughly.
In another bowl, mix crushed crackers, baking powder and milk.
Add pineapple.
Add coconut to egg mixture, then mix together for 2 minutes.
Last, fold in black walnuts; stir with spoon until mixed well.
Pour in deep pan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
