Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes or wedges
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes and wedges.
    Shake them in a bag with mixture of flour and Parmesan cheese.
    Melt margarine in a glass dish.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour, turning them over halfway through cooking time.
